My Stone of the Day Ritual

For many years, I've had a bowl of stones on my desk, each etched with a single word. Every morning, before the coffee kicks in, before the emails start, before the world gets loud, I reach into the bowl and pull out a single stone. The word on that stone becomes my lens for the day. My little nudge from the Universe saying, "Focus here," and I listen.

I miss this ritual when I'm away from home. Let's face it, carrying a bowl of stones around isn't terribly practical. So I created this digital version of my bowl of stones. My hope is that it brings you the same sense of focus and intention-setting that it brings me. Enjoy!
